Other Facade Rebate Programs

The City of Chicago CDBG Funded Rebate Program — deadline to apply July 30th, 2010, 4pm.


To find out more, go to the Facade Rebate website at www.cityofchicago.org and in the search box in the upper right-hand corner, enter “facade rebate.” That should take you to the facade rebate page.  You’ll see a link listed as “City of Chicago :: City Launches 2010 Facade Rebate Program.“  Click on the “applications for funds” link towards the bottom of the news release which will provide you all the links to anything related to the City Facade Rebate Program.  Please make sure to fill it out completely and return it to the City by July 30, 2010 at 4pm.  It is recommended that all applicants contact the City prior to submission for an informative cursory review of your application.


Eligible applicants will have to submit the City’s Economic Disclosure Statement and Personal Financial Statement with each application (available on the City website).  If you are applying as a business, you’ll also need to submit your tax returns for the last three (3) years.  Email the Department of Community Development, Facade Rebate Program, Project Coordinator for more information.
